We’ve launched a new product which is UV Pro Full Glue Glass, the perfect screen protection solution for your curved screen phones that comes with 180 days of warranty!
- Warranty must be activated by an authorized dealer through X.One® Care app, which is available for download via Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- If the product is not activated through our app, product warranty will not be activated and deem invalid.
- Warranty claim must be made through our authorized dealer where you’ve purchased the item. Claim is initiated via dealer’s X.One® Care app.
- Warranty is only applicable to the same owner of the same phone during purchase and activation process.
- A service fee of RM35.00 is imposed during warranty claim.
- Any conditions of the screen protector whether be it cracks, scratches, lift ups, bubbles etc, can be claimed under the 180 days warranty, as long as the product is activated through our app.
- Warranty can be only claimed once. Once claimed, the warranty period will be ended.
- We will not be responsible if the product is purchased through an unauthorized reseller. If the product is bought from unauthorized reseller, warranty of the product will be void.
- X.One® UV Pro requires expert installation and also only sold by selected dealers. Hence if any sellers that caused any faulty during installation, we will not be held responsible.
