How protective is X.One® DropGuard Case?
Four sided edge guard and signature air-compartment design of our X.One® DropGuard Case gives a perfect 360° protection to your mobile phone. X.One® DropGuard Case has been tested on extremely rough occasions. The protective ability is proven as the phone performs normally after multiple demonstrations. There is no damage on the phone screen too.
Do you have X.One® DropGuard Case for other phone model?
Currently, we only have X.One® DropGuard Case for iPhone 5 series and later, and also Samsung Note 7. For now X.One® is catching up with every major series of phone models coming out nowadays.
Does the length of the cable affect the charging time?
X.One® Ultra Cable has power supply terminal with 80 premium quality tinned copper wires, enabling current output up to 2.4A, giving high speed charging as compared to normal cables. X.One® Ultra Cable is slightly thicker in longer cables. This is to reduce the resistance of the power supply, thus, maintaining the charging speed in various lengths of X.One® Ultra Cable.
Will the X.One® Ultra Cable part of both sides charging port break easily?
X.One® Ultra Cable has an interlocking dock design, makes it able to sustain extra forces of pulling. That is how X.One® Ultra Cable able to pass through demonstration test like towing a Hilux using X.One® Ultra Cable, and also various gym activities such as pulling up and lifting weights, all using X.One® Ultra Cable.
Does X.One® Ultra Cable support Qualcomm® Quick Charge™ 2.0 and 3.0?
X.One® Ultra Cable has power supply terminal with 80 premium quality tinned copper wires, enables it to support Qualcomm® Quick Charge™ 2.0 and 3.0. However, this feature is only compatible with high current chargers of 2.4A and above.
Is X.One® Ultra Cable fully compatible with iOS devices?
X.One® Ultra Cable is certified by Apple’s MFi Quality Certification Auto Upgrading, stable support from the iOS system. Therefore, it is fully compatible with any iOS devices such as iPhone, iPad, iPod etc. This avoids various incompatible issues. For example, receiving notification like “This cable or accessory is not certified”, unable to charge and transfer data through a computer, unable to charge after upgrading iOS system, overly tight or loose connector, or other issues that normal cables pose to users nowadays.
What is the main difference between X.One® and the many others films/tempered glasses which are currently available on the market?
X.One® Shock Absorption Screen Protector has been designed to tackle the main problem faced by phone users in today’s market, which is cracking of tempered glass and original phone screen. It is made of silicon based material which absorbs the shock impact to prevent your phone screen from cracking and breaking. Since it is silicon based, it will not crack like tempered glass and suitable for long term use. How does X.One® Shock Absorption Screen Protector Work?
The X.One® Shock Absorption Screen Protector is composed of four individual layers of technologically advanced materials.

Is X.One® Shock Absorption Screen Protector easily scratched?
X.One® Shock Absorption Screen Protector possesses a surface hardness of 5H (the higher the hardness, the higher the resistance to scratches). It cannot resist any hardness higher than that since it is made of silicon based material so please avoid contacts with sands or any sharp metal objects, which is higher than 5H.
What is the maximum level of shock that can be absorbed?
The shock resistance level varies on which device you’re using. Devices that come with Corning Gorilla Glass already possess a certain level of shock resistance ability. When applied with X.One® Shock Absorption Screen Protector, it will achieve a maximum of up to 5 times the original level of resistance, fortifying your screen and makes it even harder to crack on impact.
Will X.One® Shock Absorption screen protector works well if my phone’s original screen had broken/cracked?
X.One® Shock Absorption Screen Protector increases your phone’s original screen ability of shock absorption to up to 3 – 5 times. It is designed and works the best on a perfect original screen structure. If your phone screen has minor crack or broken, the shock absorption function will still work but may not be as strong, as the structure of your screen has already been weakened.
How thick is the X.One® Shock Absorption Screen Protector?
X.One® Shock Absorption Screen Protector is about 250 micrometres thick. Thinner than any other similar products on the market.
Will the film affect the clarity and visibility of my screen?
X.One® Shock Absorption Screen Protector preserves the HD clarity, transparency and the brightness of your screen.
After installation, I can see air bubbles/minor stripes on my device. What should I do?
X.One®’s unique Nano Silicon-adhesive layer is designed to stick on the glass surface effortlessly. However, on rare occasions, some air bubbles or minor stripes may appear after installation. Worry not as this is absolutely normal, for some, the silicon adhesive will take more time to settle down. Try to push the air bubbles/minor stripes after 24-48 hours of application.
Is it difficult to clean the X.One® Shock Absorption Screen Protector?
No, the films are easy to clean and they furthermore offer an anti-static function that prevent the films from collecting dust and dirt as well as offering 99.99% anti-bacterial protection.
I put the film on my screen, but did not align it properly. What can I do?
This is why we developed repositionable silicon adhesive layer, which makes it easy to remove and re-position. Users can therefore retry application several times. Just make sure to always ensure that all dirt and dust is removed with the sticker.
How will heat or humidity affect X.One® Shock Absorption Screen Protector?
X.One® films have been designed and tested to withstand up to 60 degrees Celsius and 95% humidity for up to 24hrs continuous exposure.
